Culinary Tip #2

Although it sounds very basic, this tip is crucial. Make sure you have all your ingredients for a recipe before starting your culinary endeavor. Be sure to double check those things that you're pretty sure you have on hand--it couldn't hurt. I learned this lesson the hard way about 1 week ago. Not fun.
