J & K + 8

If you watch IT, then you'll know right away what the title of this post means! Tatiana really enjoys this show too for some reason. I'm not sure what the draw for her is, whether it's all the little kids running around or the peek into the life of a big family. She'll say things wistfully like, "I wish we had that many children", while I can't even entertain the thought! I think about Kate sometimes when I am stressing about having to take 3 kids to the grocery store. I bet that would breeze for her! I can't imagine having to sweep/mop as often as she does or having to potty train 3 tots at a time. I *seriously* don't know how Kate keeps it all together. Sometimes I feel like the household is crumbling down around me and I have less than half the number of children as she does! They've really got their hands full, but also, I bet, full hearts as well.

Do you watch? What do you think of their family dynamics?

**As always, I don't mind lively discussion, but keep your comments respectful!**

I absolutely LOVE this show. I watch it every Monday. She totally motivates ya doesn't she? I have no idea how she does it, but her house always looks nearly spotless.

I have watched it a couple of times. I don't know when the new episodes come on though, so I can't say I'm a "devoted follower". ;-) But, yes. I can NOT imagine outings (or cooking and clothing, for that matter) with THAT many kids. Shew...

I don't watch it but I know a lady I work with is obsessed with it! There is a family at my church with 8 kids and I know the older ones help out A LOT so maybe that makes it a little eaiser! I still don't know how she does it though!!

By the way, off topic but I thought you and your readers would be interested. On May 1st-one day only, Dominicks has $.99/lb ground beef, with card and a purchase of ten dollars or more. (I wonder if ten dollars worth of ground beef counts?)
Also, on May 4th-one day only, boneless skinless chicken breast for $1.49/lb with card.

I like the show. Sean and I watch sometimes and he often mentions(talking to me) "if you were like her...I would shoot myself" Lovely right? But I have to agree...she is rather mean at times. AND if all of my "moments" were taped he would realize that we aren't all that far apart...but because he has threatened his life...I am not willing to allow cameras in to show him!!!! LOL

Another off topic comment...my mom saw the notebook holder you gave me and she would like to see more, bags, purses, etc.

Anna~ Thanks for all the heads up on the deals! Do you know what "kind" of ground beef is on sale? 80/20 I'm guessing, yes?

Email me privately about what your mom is looking for! chefgirl96 {at} yahoo {dot} com

I've only watched it a hand full of times, but Playing off something Erin said, (which btw my husband also said ;0) But we only see whats on tv, I'm sure she has her own issues and freaked out times. I actually think the more a person looks perfect to the outside world the more they really aren't on the inside, which is sad. :0)

OH yeah...I agree...Did you see wife swap yesterday...that woman was the perfect housewife but I think she was absolutly miserable inside because even her family didn't notice all that she does for them...

Wifeswap is another show sean and I watch together ;)
